Live and Learn Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation offering Owner Builder Courses, Builders CPD and White Cards in Sydney, NSW. It is situated at Level 3, 166 Maroubra Road, Maroubra Junction (Sydney), NSW. 

The CEO, Leo Ziade, has the following qualifications and work background: Dip. Law (Legal Practitioner’s Admissions Board); Bachelor of Building (Construction Management) from the University of Technology, Sydney; Real Estate Licence course; Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment; previously worked as a construction lawyer for Phillips Fox Lawyers; extensive construction experience including the development of apartment blocks in Darlinghurst, Rushcutters Bay, Randwick, and Maroubra Junction; owned and operated a real estate agency in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. 

Leo recently retired as a Board Director of the Construction and Property Services Industry Skills Council (CPSISC) (CPSISC advises the federal government on educational requirements for the building industry, real estate industry, waste industry, pest control industry, and is also responsible for preparing the curricula of vocational courses for these industries). He is thus uniquely qualified to prepare the owner builder course Live and Learn offers as well as Builders CPD and White Card Certification.

Leo was also one of 15 trainers for the federal government’s Green Loans Program which was aimed at increasing energy efficiency for residential homes in Australia.
