White Card Sydney NSW

Anyone working on a construction site in NSW is required to have a current OHS General Induction Certificate or Whitecard.

Prerequisites:

(1) Identification - 100 points of identification as per the Workcover Evidence of Identity requirements (note that anyone who does not satisfy these requirements will not be able to attend our course for a White Card in Sydney, NSW and no refunds will be given to anyone who is unable to satisfy these requirements before class commences) (for more information on the Workcover Evidence of Identity requirements see below).  PLEASE PRINT THIS FORM, COMPLETE IT, AND BRING THE COMPLETED FORM AND IDENTITY EVIDENCE WITH YOU ON THE DAY THAT YOU ATTEND CLASS);

(2) Standard of English - candidates undertaking this course must be able to read, write and understand English.

Course content:

OHS legislative requirements; risk management; OHS communication; incident response.

Assessment:

Candidates will be required to successfully complete a 15 to 20 minute quiz at the completion of the course.

Award on successfull completion of the course:

On successful completion of the White Card course candidates will receive a Statement of Attainment for "Work Safely in the Construction Industry" and a credit card sized card from Workcover (otherwise known as a White Card).

Duration of course:

Six hours of face to face delivery.

Location of classes:

Classes for White Card certification are held at Live and Learn Pty Ltd training rooms in Sydney, NSW situated at Level 3, 166 Maroubra Rd, Maroubra Junction (in the building next door to the building where Gloria Jeans coffee shop is - you will see a Thai restaurant and a Mortgage Choice sign at the front of the building).  Note that all day free parking can be found after the traffic lights past 166 Maroubra Rd, Maroubra near the fire station.

$100 (gst free).
